Well, my husband and I accomplished a big goal Saturday - we ran/walked a mini-marathon! 13.1 miles. Our goal was three hours and we blew it away at 2:44 - it was an amazing experience and one I hope to repeat!!!
I'm sore, but not that bad - I know I need to strengthen my legs as that is the only area where I am sore - so a new exercise routine needs to be put into place.
I've been toying around with creating a monthly "goal" like I did last year - that really worked well with giving me an area of my life to improve/ focus on. I may just make a list and post it later this week!
