Easy week mostly from the freezer!
Monday - shrimp linguine with pesto (had to use up the basil before a predicted frost!)
Tuesday - pulled pork, cornbread (with honey butter), potato salad
Wednesday - out with the family (probably pizza)
Thursday - beef stew
Friday - sausage and broccoli slaw
Saturday - fish tacos, chips and salsa/ guacamole,
Sunday - roast chicken, veggies (whatever looks good at the farmer's market), sourdough bread
I might switch Friday and Saturday around - we'll see how the week goes. Breakfasts will be oatmeal, eggs and toast, sourdough pancakes, and muffins and fruit.
