A day late this week, but a yummy week!
Tuesday - tuna (grilled for me, raw for hubby), avocado & tomato salad, brown rice
Wednesday - wild salmon on the grill, zucchini & tomatoes, sourdough bread
Thursday - date night
Friday - hamburgers, homemade buns, potato salad, tomatoes & mozzarella
Saturday - smoked pork, homemade buns, corn, salsa & chips
Sunday - shrimp linguine (with homemade pesto), tomatoes & mozzarella
Doesn't it sound good! I'm going to start the sourdough bread tonight so it can rise overnight and then make it up fresh for dinner tomorrow.
