We have the family over and have dinner before taking off on our trick-or-treating adventure.

Going trick or treating with my family at the same places every year.
We like to go to a local ranch that has a pumpkin farm, a corn maze and lots of things to do with the kids.

I love the shirt - we always go to Grammy's and show off the kids costumes (and get treats) before going out for the night. I also let my son choose the new Halloween decorations we're going to make and he helps me make them, so we have new things each year to decorate with!
Going to a farm, getting a pumpkin, and carving it together as a family.

We love going to the orchard in the early fall and taking the kids to see the animals, pumpkins, & farm. We then come home and drink hot apple cider.

We are big fans of the "pick-your-own" farms like many of your readers. My son was so excited about the pumpkins that everytime we go to the grocery store or drive past he just about jumps out of his carseat yelling about the PUMPKINS!
We do the basics.... jack o lanters and trick or treating. But, we also have a tradition of welcoming Fall and celebrating the past year. It is the nip in the air that does it!

I would LOVE to win the shirt. We like to go to the Fall Festivals at different churches in the area and then go Trick or Treating on a couple of streets in our neighborhood. We like to make Mummy dogs (pigs in the blanket) and Squishy brains (Macaroni)! :)
